Implements, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Oversee and direct payroll procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
Collaborate with HR and Accounting Department.
Maintain and safely keep accurate records and prepare reports.
Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases, and salary structure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits management
Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related labor laws
Experience with payroll software/ HRIS, MS Office (especially Excel) is an advantage
Detail-oriented and organizational nature
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
