QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Accounting significant courses.
Proven 5 years of working experience with medium to large payroll
Proven 5 years of working experience handling a payroll team
In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, timekeeping systems, and compensation and benefits administration.
Must have a keen eye for details, analytical and methodical, with deep knowledge of payroll regulations.
With outstanding communication skills both written and oral
Excellent organization and leadership Skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Familiar with using a payroll system
