Job Objective:
To assure the accurate and timely payroll inputs for NA. All PAFs should be completed in time for payroll
processing.
To assure that payroll is run accurately and credited to employees' accounts on a timely manner
To assure accurate processing and tracking of employee benefits
To be able to address all issues/concerns raised by employees about their pay disputes and benefits
To manage all requests about off-cycle pay or special pay-out if needed to resolve/close the payroll disputes
To assure that reports are accurately submitted to Finance and WFO teams on time.
To assure that year-end activities are process without delay and tax returns are sent on time to the employees.
To help with some of the NA processes such as running statutory reports, CRT, ad hoc reports from SAP and serve as backup in running NA payroll
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage payroll inputs raised via PAF in time for payroll processing. All payroll inputs should be
accurate to avoid rework.
Ensure payroll runs in ADP and credits employees' accounts on time.
Ensure accurate processing and tracking of employee benefits
Ensure that all issues/concerns are addressed on pay disputes and ensures that they are
resolved.
Assure that reports are prepared on a timely manner and communicates with internal clients to
provide value-added and consultative services.
Manage all the processes for NA payroll such as running statutory reports, CRT ad hoc reports from SAP as required and serves as back-up in running NA payroll.

Job Specifications (Qualifications, Skills and Experience):
Educational Background:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource, Finance or Accounting
Work Experience:
Must have work experience related to US payroll, Solid ADP experience.
Have processed US Payroll for at least more than 500 FTEs.
At least 3-5 years' experience in managing or leading a Department.
Skills Requirements:
Patient and Meticulous
Strong Analytical Skills
Problem Solving Skills
Very good Stakeholder Management and People Skills
Good command of written and spoken (English language)
