CGI is experiencing remarkable growth and we are looking for a talented Payroll Manger to join our team in Manila Payroll Delivery Center!
As Payroll Manager, you will collaborate with several CGI business units around the Globe on their payroll activities. You will communicate and interact with Human Resources, ADP payroll provider and the government to ensure the conformity of our information, resolve issues and develop new procedures for achieving expected results.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): Experience in Payroll management and Payroll administration in IT/BPO or Shared Services.
At least 7 years of working experience as Payroll Manager with an organization of more than 5,000 employees in the related field is required for this position.
Challenge and optimize the payroll process (Data -input, mistake proofing, automation)
Advise/Support members
Educate and promote best payroll practices
Accounting expertise is an advantage
Working with very tight and demanding deadlines
Ability to manage several tasks, values accuracy, high attention to detail, are well organized and analytical
Communicate fluently in English, so that you can handle projects and daily work with your international colleagues in English
Able to work in an international organisation and are able to see the bigger picture;
Have strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills and are familiar with analysing and validation of excel reports
Is flexible to meet the demands of multiple processes, strict deadline activity in a fast-paced and changing environment
Customer-focused and is comfortable working with an international team.
