Payroll Liaison Officer
Responsible for government documentations and transactions particularly SSS, Philhealth, HDMF & BIR.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preparing payment of government monthly contributions and loans reports in SSS, Philhealth, and Home Development Mutual fund.
· Processing of company's clearance, specimen signature and other companies updating records in SSS, Philhealth, HDMF.
· Checking individual names & updating contribution range of Philhealth before posting of payments.
· Preparing and generating of SSS PRN that needed in payment in government transactions.
· Preparing and encoding of individual SSS loan payment.
· Answer some employees' concerns in their government benefits.
· Assist in BIR transactions (TIN, CTC of BIR Sworn Declaration.)
· Responsible in processing of applications and computations of Sickness Benefits and Maternity Benefits of employees.
· Responsible for making transfer fund to the employee sickness and maternity advance payment
· Responsible in tracking and monitoring of Sickness and Maternity reimbursement.
· Responsible for SSS loan Certification.
· Assist senior/consultant employee's in filing their retirement claims in SSS and HDMF as well as processing of Lifetime membership in Philhealth
Requirements:
· With t least 1 year experience in handling government mandated benefits of employees
· Good knowledge in processing/filing of Government mandated benefits of employee
