Job Description
The Payroll Lead is responsible for the deliverables in Payroll Services to the assigned units of Ninja Van PH. The Payroll Lead will also be responsible for overall management on final pay processes and other salary payroll disputes. He/she will serve as payroll administrator with responsibility for payroll time across multiple locations including employee data entry, payroll reporting, and communication with employees.
This role shall be permanently stationed at the Company's Head Office and shall report directly to the Compensation and Benefits Jr Manager.
Main Duties
Timely consolidation of timekeeping data of all employees from the assigned units making sure that the data are validated and checked by the Superior.
Compute and process payroll data submitted by the units handled.
Ensures that payroll computations are correct and accurate based on the data given and will be released in a timely manner.
Lead process improvement efforts to standardize payroll processes across all units.
Respond to all escalated payroll and benefits concerns/issues and resolve on time.
Works with HR Team and Finance Team in successfully processing payroll of employees.
Coordinate with different Finance Team for timely uploading of processed payroll data for payroll crediting endorsement
Track and update changes in the wage pay per region
Ensure proper computation and endorsement of final pay of separated employees
Secondary Duties
Reconcile payroll records every after payroll processing
Maintain and update specific payroll records regularly
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
At least 3 years HR experience in various compensation and benefits
Experience in handling timekeeping and payroll with Big Head Counts (500 employees and above)
Experience doing Manual Payroll
High comfort level in using MS Excel, Powerpoint, or equivalent google programs (Gsheets, Slides)
Experience in handling SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF transactions
Understanding the new TRAIN Law for employee compensation
Experience in drafting Compliance and Compben policies is an advantage
Above average communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic knowledge of Labor Code
Tech savvy: Experience in using online project management applications preferred
