JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Perform end to end payroll process
• Review and evaluate the result of processed payroll
• Requires an understanding of Jeonsoft Payroll Software or equivalent and terminology, and business administrator processes.
• Updating of documentation on any configurations made in the payroll system.
• Requires an understanding and support of system interfaces with other HR systems such as EMS.
• Knowledge of data protection issues and their practicable application in the workplace including the importance of confidentiality.
• Requires a strong background in data extraction, manipulation of raw data, data relationships, data mining, ad-hoc analysis, and metrics presentations.
• Regular review/ audit of existing timekeeping setup and payroll configurations.
• Strong support to timekeeping and payroll for correct and on-time payroll processing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- You have 2+ years of experience in Implementation, SAAS implementation.
- You are proactive in identifying new opportunities for process improvement, solving problems, and prioritization
- You understand accounting principles, benefits administration, and nothing about complex deductions daunts you
- You are obsessively organized, detail-oriented, and can adapt to working with different types of software and clients
- You are familiar with and can easily navigate high volume, multi-state environments for various employment types
- You have advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel
- You have excellent written and verbal communication
- Open to change, and adherence to established processes
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player able to jump in where needed
- You have a BA or BS degree from an accredited university
- Payroll Service industry experience required
- Payroll certification(s) a plus
- Project Management certification(s) a plus
- Amendable to work on a shifting schedule and able to start ASAP
