The Payroll Delivery (US) is in charge of the delivery of the US Semi-Monthly Payroll and related payroll activities. The candidate will be conducting end-to-end payroll activities for assigned US payroll frequencies and collaborate with other associates (Benefits & Payroll) and third party payroll vendors.

Description
The Payroll Delivery (US) is responsible for:
US Semi-Monthly Payroll
Manage assigned payroll processing frequencies, end-to-end processes with inputs from both internal and external stakeholders
Perform audit and peer review tasks with the delivery of payroll
Ensure YTD payroll activity is accurate for year-end statements
Lead payroll projects and work cross-functional teams for automation and enhancements of processes
Respond to queries by external auditors regarding the payroll delivery process
Profile
The successful Payroll Delivery (US) is:
Minimum of 4 years of Payroll and Accounting/Finance experience
US Payroll experience is required
CPP certification is a plus
Understanding of US payroll regulations, FLSA, Last Paycheck Laws
Experience with large platform systems is a plus. (Workday, UKG Pro, ADP Smart Compliance)
