Payroll Delivery Lead

As a Payroll Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team supporting the execution of the payroll delivery process, including the gathering of pre-payroll inputs, the processing of payroll, through the timely and accurate delivery of payroll to the associates.

What You'll Do for Us
Partner closely with multiple teams during the payroll life cycle to deliver pay including outsourced payroll vendors, time administrators, HR Business Partners, Global & Regional Payroll teams & Associate Services and other teams responsible for providing payroll inputs
Maintain payroll checklists and ensure staff execution in accordance with business processes and controls
Manage a team including performance reviews, coaching and mentoring to ensure development of team member skills and capabilities
Review and approve payroll calculations ensuring correct gross to net calculations, compliance with Company policy and statutory tax requirements
Responsible for working with HR Help to resolve employee cases within established Service Level Agreement (SLA's)
Manage and track internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for payroll delivery including timeliness and accuracy
Ensure process documentation is maintained, updated and reviewed periodically.
Support CAD & external audits
Manage to global payroll metric targets to meet and/or exceed requirements
Identify and implement opportunities to ensure prompt action and resolution of issues
Execute quarterly and year-end payroll plans
Lead and participate in payroll related projects, providing input and analysis on recommended changes as well as in testing activities for any systems that affect the payroll process
Qualification & Requirements
University/Bachelor's Degree, Accounting or Finance preferred
At least 7 years of experience: Finance professional with significant experience in payroll operations
Team or Project leadership experience
Business level English language oral and written communication fluency essential
Strong familiarity with Operational Excellence principles
Strong communication skills
