Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Department: CFO
Location: Manila
Reports To: Manila Controller
The Payroll Coordinator is expected to provide administrative and clerical support to the organization specifically in Payroll. This role is to ensure that WTK time and attendance is correct, timely and verifiable. The payroll Coordinator highlights the day-to-day management of all WTK daily transactions and other matters related to payroll in an efficient manner. This role directly reports to the Accounting Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator include:
Daily monitor employee transactions Kronos Time and Attendance System
Monitor monthly leave accrual and usage
Verify the correctness of the OT hours, ND hours & other related salary premiums
Prepare and reconcile reports for SSS, PHIC, & HDMF (Contributions, Loans, etc.)
Compute for Maternity and sickness benefits
Review invoices related to employees
Compute and prepare the Final pay of resigned employees

Proficient in data entry and management
1-3 years of experience in handling payroll
1-3 years of experience on government remittances and applications (SSS, Pag Ibig, Philhealth)
