About the Opportunity:
Attends to payroll-related requests or concerns of employees and partner organizations; accommodates daily payroll inquiries on government loan process, application, requirements and status.
Assists in the processing DOLE's requirements for employment bridging programs and coordinates with partner organizations for payroll related transactions.
Handle inquires and administrative works, maintain files and documentation of submitted requirements.
Submits timely reports and prepares billings for monthly monitoring tranches and reconciles stipend with the Accounting Department
Additional Qualification:
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel
