Role Purpose:
The Pay & Benefits Analyst will be responsible in executing payroll & benefits activities and tier 1/2 case management.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll
Execute payroll data input, validation and reconciliation on behalf of markets
Process scheduled and adhoc payroll runs
Execute 3rd party payments & reporting, invoicing and bank file processing
Prepare reporting dashboards for markets
Manage employee inquiries
Ensure compliance of process to local legislation and controls framework
Benefits
Execute pension, benefits and service rewards administration
Perform validation and reconciliation on benefits process
Manage employee inquiries
Ensure compliance of process to local legislation and controls framework
Execute Annual Pay Review process and coordination with markets
Qualifications:
Relevant university degree or college diploma and professional accounting qualification, or 2-3 years relevant experience in payroll/benefits management.
Experienced in and expert knowledge of MS Office applications.
Experienced in payroll systems technical know-how

Analytical Thinking-able to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach
Diagnostic Information Gathering-able to identify the information needed to clarify a situation, seek that information from appropriate sources, and use skillful and persistent questioning to draw out the required information.
