Job Summary:
As Payroll Back Office Support, you will offer clients complete support in ensuring their employees' payroll-related inquiries are processed accurately and on schedule. The ideal applicant will be able to collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment, have great payroll process expertise, and be able to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Address any payroll requests and inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Handles inbound, outbound phone calls, emails, and chat support.
• Collaborate with clients/employees internationally
• Help customers with payroll processing, discrepancies, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure data confidentiality while maintaining accurate payroll records.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in US payroll administration as a payroll support or in a similar role is a must
• Have a background in delivering HR benefits (e.g. 401K), retirement services, and other related auxiliary products to clients
• Strong understanding of US payroll legislation and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the capacity to operate under pressure, excellent time management, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adept in using payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
