As a Payroll Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies
Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime hours
Maintain payroll documentation and records
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
Open to Newly Graduates!
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Prior experience with payroll software (preferred, but not required)
