Job Purpose
The Payroll Assistant will be involved in processing and reviewing Payroll, Benefit & SLA-related tasks.

Payroll Documents Audit and Reconciliation
Cashcard Enrollment / Rejected Payroll
Cashiers/Checkers Allowance
Payroll Recurring Deductions
Payroll Adjustments
BENEFITS
SSS Sickness / Maternity Processing and Crediting
Government Loans Processing
Process Remittance of government premiums and loans
Reconcile SSS Receivables with Accounting Records
SLA
Processing of employee membership and resignations
Assessment of SLA Loan applications
Preparation of SLA-related reports
Ensure timely release/submission of payroll documents and statutory reports
Process employee certifications as requested
Attend to employee inquiries and concerns
Filing and Safekeeping of Documents
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits (preferred)
Newly graduates are welcome w/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any relevant field
Skills
proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
basic knowledge in PH labor and statutory regulations
technical savvy or willing to navigate through new systems and applications (experience in any payroll systems will do)
detail oriented
analytical
organized

discreet/can keep confidential information
Must be willing to work ONSITE in Pasay City.
