HQ Payroll Officer Assistant/ Process Backup -
HQ, Regional and Manpower Agency Payroll processing -KPI and Incentives Checking - Release new payroll templates before every payroll cut-off ensuring that it is updated and in line with the month's incentive schemes
- Off-boarding tasks - Clearance checking/signature, Last Pay Computation, SPF approval
- After Payroll Release Reports : Checking Bank Reconciliation make sure it is cleared - feedback for payroll related company bank accounts
- Made necessary documents (SOP)/memo for Finance Department Payroll Process
- Submit after payroll/monthly/quarterly payroll related reports - Answer concerns from regions - Point of Contact (POC) for GTMC/SUCCESS manpower agency concerns - Approve Dingtalk requests for Salary/KPI/Allowance Adjustments, Government Remittance SPF, Last Pay SPF • Region Payroll Centralization
- Submit Payroll and payroll supporting file for handled regions on or before every payroll cut-off set deadlines
- Double-check accuracy of payroll data and reference documents prior submission - Analyze Promoters' Incentives Memos and plot incentive scheme in payroll incentive sheet accordingly.
- Region Last Pay/Separation Pay computation and 2316 Creation for resigned employees - Other tasks that may be assigned by superior
Finance or Accounting College Graduate; preferred to have Payroll Work experience (for 40 employees or more) - 1 to 2 Finance / Accounting related Work Experience
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Accounting and Finance Distribution 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
