Job Description:
Process and manage payroll in compliance with government regulations
Process payroll-related taxes
Ensure that payroll is processed accurately and timely
Performs various analysis and reconciliations
Perform Statutory requirement validation and/or processing
Manage payroll queries, requests and disputes
Process the final pay computation and check of resigned employees
Prepares 2316 of employees
Prepares certification on loan payments and contributions
Manages payroll queries, requests and disputes
Qualifications:
Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or any related field.
At least 2 years of related work experience is required for this role
Knowledge in Payroll principles and all local wage, tax and other statutory regulations regarding payroll
Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel and previous experience using payroll system is a plus
