Payroll Assistant - can start asapManpowerGroup

Responsibilities:
Collect semi-monthly timesheets from employees.
Calculate bonuses and allowances accurately.
Utilize payroll software to prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month.
Generate reports on payroll expenses.
Ensure wages and tax withholdings are in compliance with regulations. -
Provide prompt and accurate responses to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and taxes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manual payroll is required.
Proficiency in Vlook Up and Pivot Tables is essential.
Preferably has background in utilizing ang payroll software.
Strong adherence to deadlines and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
Must hold a degree in any business-related field.
Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig City, on a temporary hybrid setup.
Immediate availability is preferred.
