Requirements:
· Graduate of Bachelors/College Degree in accountancy, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent.
· Complementary studies in data management or data analytics.
· Complementary studies in project management.
· Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Power Bi, Excel, Word, Power Automate) and digitalized human resources integrated system (HRIS) through Biometrics and Hybrid Payroll Program.
· At least 7-10 years' experience in the same field.
· Keen on details.
· Possesses superb spoken Communication Skills, Excellent in Teamwork Skills, Orgnizational Skills, People Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the key user to develop a sophisticated, and digitalized human resources integrated system through Biometrics, Hybrid Payroll Program and/or any HRIS System.
2. Supervise the Payroll team for all the payroll transactions from the different Security Agencies and Manpower Agencies under Shared Services.
3. Closely coordinates with the payroll and Finance Team to ensure that the payroll documents, trip tickets, DTR's, Time and Attendance are well organized and properly filed to facilitate checking and further review prior to Bank Advise.
4. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of Payroll system.
5. Closely coordinate with the Agencies General Managers, Admin/HR and Department for the accurate headcount and checking of all active employees.
6. Design dashboards and reports that contribute to business decision-making and the human resources area. Helps the HR Head for the formulation of policies for employees' benefits.
7. Evaluate and Check Annual Performance Evaluation Form of ATPI.
8. Provide Assistance with Compensation and Benefits Unit in for employee's concern, queries and grievances compelled by the Projects.
9. Develop and monitor strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures to control the process of the payroll.
10. Lead the creation of a compensation strategy and Salary Table for all employees based on market research, Inflation rate, CPI and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
11. Prepare the monthly master list of employees, ensuring that it includes the correct accounting coding established by the company.
12. Report to HR Head and provide decision support through HR metrics.
13. Stringent implementation of the Company Human Resource Integrated System (HRIS), Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Meta4 and/or other Payroll and Time and Attendance Platform.
14. Propose and lead automation projects in the HR area that allow optimizing team response times.
15. Manage the budget of the HR area, delivering the reports that are required by your immediate boss.
16. Prepare the reports related to the position that are required by the immediate boss and by the corporate team.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Assist the management in any Initiative and Best Practice related to company process and procedures for streamlining and digitalization in the company.
2. Assist the HR Head in the execution of Company Strategic planning and KRA.
3. Supervise HR team activities to achieve target key performance indicators, and service level by executing resource planning to ensure availability and performance of staff.
4. Responsible for the management of all activities related to the development of staff personnel through continuous conduct of technical training and management development courses/programs.
5. Implements follow-up and/or upgrading seminars and maintains record of all training and subsequent performance for evaluation purposes.
6. Constantly train the work team under their charge to ensure compliance with the goals assigned to them.
7. Advance human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
8. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
9. The other functions of his position that are assigned by his immediate boss.
