Responsible for preparing accurate and timely timekeeping and payroll reports, preparing, processing, and submitting all government statutory benefits requests and reports such as SSS, PAG IBIG, and PHILHEALTH. He/she is also responsible for ensuring that all company-initiated benefits are applied consistently and according to the company's benefits policy.
Responsible to work and understand the unique perspective of the target audience, their wants, needs, and priorities, in order to improve the interaction within the organization. Responsible to develop the engagement plan that could include activities designed to build relationships. The role may also require project management.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
At least with 1-3 years related working experience
With an effective working knowledge of all government statutory benefits
Keen attention to details
Interpersonal and ability to work with minimal supervision
Highly proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel
Can work well within given deadline
