Job Responsibilities:
Running regular processes eg, monthly pension reconciliation, childcare voucher, etc. This includes gathering the required data and preparing the reports for review - ahead of submission to the external third party.
Responsible for collating all benefit related payroll deductions - in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy of data.
Promotion of local benefits, any sign-up process, management of calendar invites, any payroll deductions, etc.
Preparation of the monthly payroll reconciliation - this is a monthly process that is a vital part of our audited payroll process. This requires working closely with our payroll team.
Preparation of other regular payroll submissions eg, overtime, unpaid leave, etc.
Preparation of monthly benefit reconciliations, with collation of invoices, liaise with finance team to provide data and resolve queries.
Supporting regular and ad-hoc benefit or reward related projects eg, annual salary review, wellbeing events, annual flu vaccinations, etc.
Supporting regular and ad-hoc reporting requests for the team.
London in-market Talent Team - key responsibilities will include:
Prompt and accurate data management on the Firm's systems ie, SAP and PeopleSoft.
Updating other employee changes (e.g. department transfers, salary/hours changes, unpaid leave, etc.
Updating holiday or personal details records on SAP and PeopleSoft where required.
Termination of records on SAP, PeopleSoft and Payroll systems as part of the employee leaver process.
Preparation of reference letters (e.g. confirming employment details for current or past employees for future employment, visa, tenancy or mortgage applications).
Carrying out any other coordination tasks that are necessary including administration support on projects and other areas of focus for the HRBP and wider HR&D team
Provide back-up support to London based Talent Team Co-ordinator, during periods of absence or workload peaks.
