HR Services Operations is the first tier of HR delivery for employees and managers, responding to inquiries about policies and HR programs. As the Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day payroll activities, ensuring the processes have been followed correctly by the offshore payroll team, analysing payroll issues and drive related improvements, work closely with business stakeholders and work on payroll related projects. Possess a basic to intermediate knowledge of company policies and procedures, China, Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan payroll legislation, payroll tax law and employment regulations. Liaise directly with both internal and external stakeholders including China, Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan Payroll Team, Tier 1, WFA, Payroll Tax, GOSS, Data Centre Operations, Human Resources, Treasury, Benefits, Finance, Global Mobility, Executive Compensation, Employee Relations, Legal, and Corporate Tax. Communicate regularly with supervisors/managers and escalate compliance issues to management as needed. Hold excellent client service skills, close attention to detail, excellent communication skills, advanced interpersonal skills and a dedication to teamwork as well as process improvement identification and implementation. What you need to have: Proven experience in a similar payroll position. Excellent knowledge of China, Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan payroll, labour law, tax legislation and regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience managing China, Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan payroll. Practical knowledge of ADP's PayForce, Workday, ServiceNow. Previous experience in SSC / BPO company. Experience in cooperation with third-party payroll services providers.
