Responsibilities:
• Execution of Payroll Process and deliverables (pre, during, and post) based on frequency
• Process Off Cycle (Termination, Reversal, Replacement & Adjustments)
• Follow processes to avoid security incidents and review for risk with compliance to controls
• Update and maintain payroll checklist
• Analyze payroll results and perform corrections or adjustment for incorrect entry.
• Collaborate in identifying potential Process Improvement
• Create and Maintain Documentation Process (DTP) for any updates needed
• Perform Year End Activities
• Perform and process other task as per Client request
• Performs other duties assigned by his/her superior.
• Organized and with keen attention to details
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate or any related business course with at least 5 years of experience
• Payroll processing via Ultipro: 3 years (Required)
• Conversant in IFRS and US GAAP
• Willing to work on a Fixed Night Shift schedule
• Willing to work in a temporary WFH set-up
• Amenable to work in Alabang once work in the office resumes
• US Payroll practitioner, Paylocity experience a plus
