PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or higher
·Minimum 2 years payroll experience, strong Excel skills utilizing excel shortcuts a plus.
Able to learn and work with different applications and databases; WorkDay, SAP payroll, or ADP GlobalView systems a plus
Proficient in MS Excel - shortcuts, macros, pivots and v-look up
Keen attention to detail
Reconciliation experience
Works with a sense of urgency and is proactive
Ability to "think outside of the box" and identify methods of streamlining processes and increase efficiency
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality
Excellent customer service skills
Professional demeanor
Highly proficient in English; must be able to write and converse in a professional manner
Self-directed, able to work independently
Ability to work long days during peak periods required
SENIOR PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher
Proficient in MS Excel - pivots, macros, v-look ups
5 years relevant working experience
Experience with ADP Streamline, SAP payroll/ADP GlobalView or WorkDay systems a plus
Experience with India, China, Japan, UK, Ireland, Italy or French payrolls a plus.
Tax Reporting, Reconciliation and GL experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner; able to adjust to the holiday and work schedule of the supporting country payroll
Able to travel as needed for training and to meet key business partners
Collaborative and a great team player
Highly analytical and strong advocate for process improvement
Works with a sense of urgency and is proactive - keeps on top of action item owners to complete tasks
Intolerant of recurring problems - digs deep to find the root cause and fixes the problem
Takes ownership of issues and drives to resolution
Good command skills; interfaces easily with Internal and External business partners
Creates ad-hoc reports to solve problems
