From our office in Bonifacio Global City (Taguig City), our Payroll Accountant will have the opportunity to work for Bermuda's largest management consulting and business process outsourcing company offering bespoke/high touch payroll services to a portfolio of clients.
Shift work is required.
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to,
•providing full service end-to-end processing of payrolls for a select group of clients, meeting each of their tailored needs.
•This will require successfully interpreting client instructions, entering adjustments, reconciling benefits and processing payments for monthly, bi-weekly and weekly payrolls for a variety of organizations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor of Accounting degrees and 3 years payroll experience in BPO setting
•Experience in conducting peer reviews is an advantage
•Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel user
•Use of Great Plains is preferred but not required
•Superior attention to detail
•Advanced multi-tasking skills and flexibility is essential
•Excellent written and spoken communication in English
•Willingness to report ONSITE in our office in BGC, Taguig
•Willingness to work the night shift 8:30pm - 5:30am Manila time and would adjust during DST to 7:30 pm to 4:30 am
