DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements (i.e. tax return net income, profitability and loss, bank statements, credit report) and assess within specified limits with due diligence.
2. Keep up to date with the client's lending protocols.
3. Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of any Business-related courses preferably, Accounting, Banking, Finance and Management.
At least six (6) months of experience in accounting, benefits, tax & treasury, and/or payroll.
Six months or more relevant/related experience in BPO industry is an advantage.
Required Competencies:
1. Possesses above-average analytical and comprehension skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
4. Possesses strong leadership ability
5. Proficient in MS Office and Open Office applications
