RAFI One To Tree (OTT) program focuses on growing native trees in both upland and coastal areas to increase forest cover, enhance biodiversity and ecosystem services, and support bio-sequestration to help mitigate the impact of climate change. Working closely with local farmers and community stakeholders as its main strategy, the program aims to contribute towards creating a more sustainable environment that can help improve the well-being of the farmers and the community as a whole. The program engages and collaborates with different partners, including individuals, groups or private organizations, to support various tree-growing initiatives as part of their CSR, sustainability program or in compliance to environmental policies & requirements.
 
The Partnerships Officer will focus on acquisition, development, and implementation of partnerships engagement strategies with the private sector, individuals, and individual giving platforms (i.e. e-commerce) to raise funds to support the tree growing projects of One to Tree, create and sustain strategic partnerships, and assist the Partnerships and Portfolio Manager while working closely with the Community Stakeholder Engagement and Operations to achieve the fundraising targets and plans of the unit.
 
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Social Science, or its equivalent
At least 2 years' of relevant experience, preferably in Sales, Social Development, or Non-Profit Organization
