The Insight Partner Associate has primary responsibility for managing and developing the relationship between Insight and its strategic partners. The Partner Associate will develop and execute strategic business plans that will drive various go-to-market initiatives to achieve growth and profitability objectives. This position will act as the central tie-in between the selling organizations, engineering, procurement, and partner resources.
The candidate will drive customer marketing by effectively communicating category growth opportunities and will execute the marketing strategy. This position will require the ability to analyze market trends, develop and maintain manufacturer relationships, develop and manage competitive pricing/promotion strategies, design and execute on marketing programs to the internal sales channel, develop appropriate product positioning, identify opportunities for growth, increase repurchase rates among existing customers, achieve product mix objectives, and drive end user product merchandising via multiple online and print based mediums including catalogs, websites and e-mails.
Design and implement go-to-market strategies that will drive the awareness of Insight's ability to design and deliver each partner's technology solutions both internally and externally.
Develop training regimen that will increase the selling competencies and comfort levels of the various sales teams.
Manage all partner marketing funding and compliance programs.
Manage partner portal entry and maintenance requirements if applicable
Collaborate with various Branding and Creative teams to ensure that all Vendor messaging is consistent across all internal and external platforms
Manage manufacturer specific revenue and funding forecasts weekly
Ability to work through cross-functional teams to manage multiple on-going projects
Motivated and self-starting.
Ability to think creatively and come up with proactive ideas that will increase sales.
Strong problem solving skills
Great computer system knowledge and moderate to advanced skills; such as MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers.
Concentrate on certain areas of technology driven by partner focus or company technology objectives
Willing to work in a night shift schedule
Amenable to work in Mandaluyong
