PARTICIPANT PROSPECTING AND LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
 
Disability Forever Homes is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help identify prospective SDA participants and build strong referral relationships across the disability sector.
 
The primary focus of this role is to generate qualified participant leads for our available Specialist Disability Accommodation properties.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify prospective SDA participants
Conduct outbound calls to Support Coordinators, SIL providers, Plan Therapists, Plan Managers and other NDIS professionals
Promote available SDA properties to suitable referral partners
Generate and qualify new participant enquiries
Follow up up existing leads and maintain regular contact
Book appointments and property inspections
Update all calls, notes, contacts and follow-up activities in the CRM
Maintain an accurate database of NDIS organisations and referral contacts
Work towards daily call, research and lead-generation targets
Provide daily activity and performance reports
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in outbound prospecting, appointment setting or lead generation
Is confident making a high volume of outbound calls
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is persistent, organised and comfortable following up leads
Can build genuine relationships with referral partners
Has excellent research and database-management skills
Can work independently and meet daily performance targets
Understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality
Experience in SDA, SIL, the NDIS, disability services, healthcare, real estate or community services would be highly regarded.
This is a performance-focused role suited to someone who enjoys finding opportunities, starting conversations and converting enquiries into qualified appointments.
