PART-TIME HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Department: Administration
Reporting to: CEO / COO
 
Responsibilities:
HR Officer will be mainly responsible for HR Operations.
Administering all the hiring processes of new employees
On boarding, New Hire Orientation & Documentation.
Maintaining and recording employee attendance, Time & Attendance management & payroll inputs.
Managing HR employee records.
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
Counseling employees as and when required.
Statutory and Labour Compliance.
Employee relations, recreational and welfare activities.
Policy implementation.
Qualifications:
Degree in Psychology or Human resource development management or related. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experienced in:
Benefits and compensation administration
Business contracts and legal bindings
Employment and recruitment
Employee relations, communication, and evaluation
In-depth understanding and knowledge on employment standards and legislation, workers compensation and market value, and Labor code and standards.
Trust worthy and adheres confidentiality of information and trade secrets.
High attention to details and excellent in MS Office applications.
At least 5 years' significant experience.
