Position: PART-TIME ACCOUNTANT
Job Details:
Recording of business transactions in Xero
Ensure all entries are recorded properly
Substantiate financial transactions
Kept organized filing of financial documents
Monthly closing procedures of the accounts
Monthly bank reconciliations
Preparing accounting adjustments if necessary
Preparing monthly financial statements, annual financial statements and any other financial reports as requested
Preparing monthly budget request reconciliation
Handle filing and reporting of BIR Returns
Checking of compliance of statutory contributions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
Prepare payroll computation if necessary
Pay: 10,000php monthly
Hours: 2 hours per day (40 hours per month)
Flexible to work at home or in the office.
