PARAPLANNER Our awesome client, a leading financial services company based in Australia is looking for a paraplanner to be part of their team. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare compliant Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA) in collaboration with the Financial Planners Be thoroughly conversant with clients' overall financial situation, current and future requirements, including risk profile and return objectives Work collaboratively to ensure timely, professional and accurate work Establish and maintain client data on Xplan system Prepare Xtools (Xplan) modelling as a part of SOA production where required. Insurance Comparison & Quote preparation via Xplan Risk Researcher Maintain working knowledge of financial planning issues, strategies and continual professional development (CPD, 40 hours per year) Maintain a commitment to the company vision, mission and practice of the organisation WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Minimum 3+ years' experience in a financial planning or Paraplanning role Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) or equivalent Superior written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail Client focused and target driven Use of Xplan system or similar Financial Planning software is essential Strong time management skills Strong commitment to learning and continuing professional development
