Responding to written discovery (requires client contact)
Propounding written discovery to defendants
Filing Case Management Conference statements
Court calendaring
Calendaring events
Drafting complaints
Mediation brief
Pre-Litigation
Client contact (check ins with clients)
Drafting demand letters
Oversee process of gathering records and information
General Office
Answering phones
General assistant duties
Qualifications
Would be Nice Features
Familiarity with personal injury law is a bonus
Spanish speaker is a plus
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Law or equivalent.
Required skill(s): paralegal, california civil law procedure, car accident cases, litigation law, Legal firm experience.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
