Position Overview and Key goals:
This position is accountable for high level of satisfaction with PPD engagement for our global healthcare provider (HCP) Panel. These activities include: HCP Panel recruitment strategy that drives representativeness and high customer satisfaction, high panel satisfaction/experience, Panel retention/Loyalty program, Panel performance on interview and survey completion targets, and management and oversight of agencies used in select markets.
Candidate will develop and drive the specific and overall strategies to ensure optimum performance and achievement of annual plans and targets. Candidate will develop HCP network by enriching database with new recruits, limiting the attrition and maximizing loyalty and advocacy through excellent customer service and enriching customer journey by leveraging Evidera-PPD book of solutions.
The position will have a key role in organizing capacity of team for delivering on feasibility requests and projects as per SOW/WO (Statement of work / Work order) description. Candidate will work effectively across multiple divisions to direct the delivery of projects/programs within cost, time and quality requirements.
Candidate will work with leadership team, in all functional areas on the continuous development/improvement of business processes to support cross functional teams and to ensure that work is uniform, complete and managed appropriately. Serves as a liaison with Business Development and Bids/Contracts for the client presentations and proposal development. Assists in resource utilization, policy development, and implementation of goals.
This role will be co-located in one of the major hubs for fieldwork (currently Bacolod, PHP and Ubatuba, Brazil).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Oversee the overall Panel management
Accountable for the line management of project managers and senior project managers. Effectively recruits, inducts and retains staff.
Provides ongoing coaching and feedback including formal performance appraisals, development plans and career coaching.
Responsible for proposing salary and bonus recommendations and supporting recommendations with appropriate documentation.
Evaluates panel counts, run and confirm feasibility on assigned projects and provide fieldwork analysis on a project basis
Manages the overall budgeting activity of the groups - annual and long-range forecast
Provides VP RWDS and peers with KPI reports of the panel, contact search and contact centers, launch activities, etc.
Manage outside research vendors: negotiate pricing, collect cost estimates, coordinate and manage recruiting efforts for assigned research projects. Selects and monitors fieldwork agencies, ensuring data quality.
Develop and supervise panelist loyalty campaigns
Facilitates communications and cross training between Brazil and Philippines teams
Communicates with panelist(s) regularly to build loyalty and obtain feedback on performance to date. Proactively identifies unusual or significant problems encountered during the course of a survey and proposes strategies for preventing or correcting significant problems.
Responsible for selecting and monitoring fieldwork agencies, ensuring data quality
Collaborates with peers and other functional group leads to develop and manage effective development and maintenance of panel database, support customer service, and contact center operations
Qualifications
Education, Professional Skills & Experience:
BS or BA degree, or equivalent experience required; advanced degree such as MA, MS or MBA a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience within the life sciences, biopharma, medical device, contract research or consulting industries.
5+ years of management responsibility
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Personal Skills & Competencies:
