Brief Description
Under close guidance or supervision, responsible for recruiting and/or interviewing target panel respondents and maintain, verify, and/or validate healthcare professionals' reference information.
Role and Responsibilities
·Contacts healthcare professionals (HCPs) through phone, email, or fax for online market research study purposes i.e., panel invitations, study follow-ups
·Provides ongoing customer support and relationship management with the HCPs
·Promotes HCPs' participation in syndicated, on-going panels based on established standards for recruiting, reporting and sample design targets for all assigned panel segments.
·Initiates follow-up calls with panelist to achieve maximum rate of return, compliance, and data quality.
·Receives and processes all incoming calls from panel members, referring non-routine questions to manager
·Manages electronic data capture strategies to assigned panel and provides web support to HCPs. Educates and motivates HCPs to comply with study guidelines
·Investigates, resolves, and processes panel incentives within defined guidelines in order to facilitate timely receipt of compensation
·May work cross-functionally with coding team/s to resolve data quality issues
·Provides recruiting support in conjunction with ad-hoc or special projects
·May manage and maintain all supplier-related information
·Performs functions as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any course
Typically requires 1-5 years of experience in inbound or outbound voice account/s
Recruitment, retention, and sales background is a plus
Preferred Skills
Written and oral English communication skills
Ability to plan and organize work and resources
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office/computer skills
Work with multicultural teams
