Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Package Specialist for SAP CRM, you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
Supports implementation, and production support of CRM modules of SAP. Uses business knowledge and SAP CRM expertise to effectively integrate SAP CRM into the client's business environment. Skills include configuration, testing, and understanding SAP CRM functional knowledge, SAP CRM Marketing, SAP CRM Service, SAP CRM e-Commerce, SAP CRM Interaction Center Operations and Management, SAP CRM Channel Management.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Must have more than 6 years experience on SAP CRM (Technical and/or Functional)
Strong SAP CRM technical experience (a prior SAP ECC ABAP experience will be a plus)
Strong experience in SAP- CRM to ECC bidirectional Integration for Pricing and Sales orders
Strong experience in Configuration of CRM Web UI Interface. UI configuration tool, Navigation Bar Business Role configurations
Experience in BSP Component workbench, Enhancement sets, Generic Interaction Layer (GENIL) / Business Object Layer (BOL), BSP Tag library and extensions
Strong experience in ABAP Objects and ECC ABAP development especially Sales management module
Experience in Middleware (Queue debugging, BDOC analysis and basic middleware configuration)
Experience in SAP CRM implementation in Sales module will be preferred
Good communication skills
Nice to have : Telecom industry experience
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub)
