Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Package Specialist for Oracle Cloud HCM, you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
Able to configure and Support Oracle HCM Cloud Application Modules as per business requirements.
The role also demands supporting implementation and provides production support of PeopleSoft Enterprise HR modules like Core HR, Recruiting Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time and Labor, Payroll. Uses business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. It also demands application personalization and testing.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
More than 5 years of experience in Oracle SOA, BPEL & OIC
Experienced in Oracle WebLogic Server 8.x/9.x/11g/12c, Oracle SOA Suite 12C, OEM 11g/12c/13c, Oracle Service Bus.
Implementation knowledge of Oracle cloud services IAAS, PAAS (Oracle Integration Cloud), and SaaS (Fusion cloud).
Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware & Oracle SOA is highly preferred
Experience in implementation or support projects is also preferred
