JOB MISSION / OBJECTIVE(S)
Leading team for effective and efficient outbound processes
SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizing shifts by creating schedule and delegating work to subordinates
Verifying received picked items and audits for accuracy of items and quantity versus picking list
Ensuring 100% compliance of all necessary documents for the outbound merchandise
Ensures accurate recording of outbound transactions.
Implements security and safety procedures in all outbound functions and areas.
Arrange container assignments in a timely manner
Ensure cleanliness and organization in area of assignment
Motivates staff to peak efficiency and productivity
Reports to Outbound Manager for significant information
Sees to it that all personnel coming in and out of the building are well monitored and adherent to Policies and procedures
Other things that may be assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder of any course
Has at least 2 years of experience in Logistics
Amenable to work in Mamplasan, Laguna
Can start ASAP
Salary: ₱20000 - ₱30000
