Job Description
Hitting personal targets of a minimum of 10 sales per week - Ability to generate your own qualified leads through internet research, reading of industry trade journals, networking, and referrals.
Ability to apply a consultative approach, by understanding industry challenges and tailoring a value-added package for your qualified prospects
Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure.
A minimum of 80 to 100 outbound calls per day / minimum of 2 hours talk time reaching out to key decision makers within the sector.
Daily updates of your leads through our company CRM system to ensure leads are being nurtured through the sales process.
Key Skills
Minimum of 1-3 years sales experience, preferably within the BPO Industry
Consultative sales approach
Confident talking to C-Level decision makers
Excellent communication and listening skills
Computer literate
Working Hours
8pm-5am (US East Coast)
Mon - Fri
