We are looking for an Outbound Sales Agent based in the Philippines with a friendly disposition. You will be the front liner representing us! Through phone conversations and email, you will be responsible for settling all queries or needs of our customers. The goal is to ensure excellent service for anyone who uses our services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
Understanding the principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Building rapport with the client through interactive communication.
Goal focused with willingness to accept coaching and development
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational schedule anytime between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Philippine Local Time.
Working Locations: Online - anywhere in the Philippines (Work from Home), remotely.
Excellent communication skills and good accent
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to speak clearly, with enthusiasm, while using tone variation and voice inflection
With at least 6 months of experience in Outbound Calls and Sales background
Stable internet connection (10 MBPS and up) for web-based phone calls and application use.
Laptop/Desktop specs of at least i5, Intel Core and Headset with Noise Cancellation
Has back-up Internet Connection in case of power loss
Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
