We're hiring Outbound & Chat Support Agents! NO SALES. NO PAYMENT COLLECTIONS. PURE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PREMIUM US CRUISE ACCOUNT!
DETAILS:
• Outbound Calls and Chat - provide assistance in navigating digital channels, resolve basic customer issues encountered in digital app through self-help and user retrieved information
• Assist customers in setting up digital app and provide support by assisting customers in navigating through the app and updating guest information on first point of contact - easy, peasy, breezy!
• Applicants with exceptional English communication skills will be prioritized
• Preferably with background in outbound customer support, tech support and/or chat support for a US account
• Earn PHP21,000 (18k Basic Salary, 2k Position Allowance, 1k program allowance)
• Must be willing to work nightshifts and weekends
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood - shuttle services are provided
• Training starts on March 15
Requirements
