Assists Head of OT security by leading the efforts of Security Architecture and Design, both on-premise and in the cloud
Plans, develops and works with engineering teams across the organization to ensure secure architecture & design are considered on the early stages of any development initiatives.
Builds, maintains and continuously improves internal reference network security architectures, on-prem and in the cloud.
Proactively reviews existing architectures, leads threat modeling exercises and drives the change to improve the overall security posture.
Plays a key role in the company's global transformation and application of the cutting edge security concepts (e.g. zero trust)
Creates and reports on the relevant Cyber Security metrics.
Creates, plans and performs Security Awareness, Education and Training exercises
Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the TL
Advanced Proven experience in security architecture (enterprise, infrastructure or application security architecture)
Excellent knowledge of OT security controls and planning
Experience and deep understanding of network security as related to OT (Purdue model, segmentation etc.
Ability to build and explain threat models for various industrial environments.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
At least 5 years' experience in information security. Previous experience with OT security architecture and securing industrial control systems.
Previous experience as a team leader is preferred but not required.
Bachelor's Degree or any 4-year related course. Master's degree in Business or Computer Science, an advantage.
Professional security certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, preferred but not required. AWS certifications are a plus
