Job Description
Requirement capture and OSS Inventory Design / Modeling
Integration Specifications & Clarifications
Interface contract documentation
Support during development and test phases
Interaction with stakeholders
Ensuring solution architecture is compliant and aligned to the published OSS architecture blueprints and products, technology and infrastructure roadmaps
Reviewing and approving OSS functional designs and OSS technical designs, interface specifications and data mappings for the OSS solution and liaising with cross functional team to achieve high quality designs
Leading complex OSS transformation projects from the OSS solutions perspective for different Stakeholders
Providing OSS Design leadership
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
RDD / HLD / LLD / Modeling / RTM Documentation
Working closely with customer / DTM/ Test Manager to ensure that the requirement is fully converted into design and the same is implemented in the DO Inventory domain
Strong technical background in the OSS domain
Minimum 10 years of experience in leading solution design for complex OSS integration projects in the Fulfillment and/or Assurance domains; should have delivered atleast one complex Inventory Management project across network domains
Good understanding of Telecommunications product portfolio and OSS principles, processes, technology and application engineering
Knowledge of Telecommunications networking technologies (legacy and emerging like 5G, SDN, NFV etc)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
UML Modeling tools - e.g. StarUML
MS Office Suite like word, excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio
Should have good interpersonal communication skills
Educational Qualifications
Graduate Degree in Engineering is mandatory
