MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Build effective relationships with OD clients, Market Leads to understand business needs and support the identification of cost effective, practical and appropriate OD solutions
● Support the scoping, design and development of quality and innovative OD interventions to drive specific business/ enterprise outcomes. Identify and share opportunities to innovate and improve OD outcomes.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve quality of own work
● Manage own work to budget, time and to agreed KPIs and understand how own role contributes to the delivery of the project
● Build knowledge in particular domain and scoping and design
methodologies.
● Whilst not people leaders, the expectation is for OD specialists to support peers to deliver quality outcomes. This may be demonstrated by:
▪ supporting new team members in getting up to speed
▪ sharing best practice tips and lessons learned individually
or in team meetings
▪ providing in the moment coaching and guidance
● Deliver, deploy and embed OD Programs, conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, support facilitation of OD initiatives
 
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
 
● A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology or similar
● 3 years experience in a OD or Learning role
● Training certifications an advantage
● Business consulting/partnering
