Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
Make assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
Trains employees on HR issues and practices. Presents course materials.
Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
In-depth understanding of principles and methods for training or curriculum design, teaching/training for individuals and groups, and the evaluation of training effectiveness
Essential knowledge of business and management principles involved in HR strategy, resource allocation, project management, and coordination of people and resources.
Action-oriented and have a strong drive for results
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Must have the passion in developing people and helping them reach their full potential
