If you are someone with
Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
At least 10 years' experience handling Oracle teams and accounts
At least 10 years in client engagement, management, business Development and go to market related roles
Demonstrated leadership, consulting skills and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strategic thinker, able to scope and initiative programs to support the business
Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments effectively
Ability to work as part of a team with professionals of all levels
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Hands-on, can-do attitude to work across and lead a broad agenda
Self-motivated with excellent project management skills
To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities
Technology Domains in System implementation around Finance Systems, especially Oracle ERP Cloud
Project Experiences like the following:
Experiences in working with international teams, manage cross border/ multiple geography project team
Experiences working with Global Delivery Centres (GDC)
Experience in global/regional system implementations (Plan, Design & Build)
Other Attributes: Fluent written and spoken English
Good client management
PMO exposure/ experiences
Experiences working with Finance Transformation team/ initiatives
Managed Services exposure/experiences. ITIL certification or experience would be a big plus but not mandatory
