Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other IT related courses or, similar working experience in the related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience configuring or 5 years in user support of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules
Deep knowledge of either accounting business processes or order-to-cash business proceses
Preferably has (otherwise, has ability to develop) a strong ETL background (SSIS, ODI, Informatica, DataStage, etc.)
Should be able to work following agile methodologies with operational data staging environments adhering to deployment procedures.
Customer focused attitude with ability to ask pertinent questions to understand the root cause of the issues and identify the business impact to drive priority and response plan.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and appropriately escalate issues / risks to product and business owners for direction
Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
