Position Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to perform SAP void reversal, stop payments for Closed Block clients, positive pay exception items and check verification (checks need to ok to pay checks or return). These checks as needed according to prescribed standards and ensure that quality and timelines requirements are achieved. This position will work closely with Houston and Nashville counterparts. Responsible in handling financial work particularly for Finance Operations CBSC.
Answer email or phone inquiries of process owners and requestors from clients and banks.
Ability to use multiple processing systems efficiently and can multi-task.
Contribute to company-wide initiatives and projects
Flexible and is willing to render overtime, as the process requires.
Support team and company initiated motivational activities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to easily learn and adapt with changes
Eligibility Criteria:
Performance rating of Fully Met or higher in the last performance appraisal.
Existing BPA with at least 12 months tenure with the current team.
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any other Finance/Business-related courses
Ideal candidate for this role must have experience in accounting or finance functions.
Experience on inforce or post issue customer service transactions is a plus.
Knowledge in SAP is preferred.

Has a good attendance record.
Has good attention to details.
