Generates periodic master list of equipment for active/inactive IMTEs, CRMs, and Working Standards for shipment, references and other listing needed to carry out calibration activities.
Creates GTS Order on the shipment of IMTEs & Standards to OEM or 3rd party calibration laboratory and coordinate with Traffic and IMPEX Shipping for outgoing/incoming shipments.
Review, edit, generate and route all calibration reports, equipment deficiency notice, calibration specifications and other related documents of calibration laboratory.
Supports full implementation of the company initiated programs such as energy, water conservation, cost reduction quality program, 6'S policy and others.
Creates QRF, iProcurement Requisition of IMTEs that will due for third party calibration, office supplies and Work Order of spare parts.
Coordinates with all equipment users on equipment due for calibration by providing weekly notification and follow-ups.
Maintains calibration documents as calibration reports and responsible for its archiving and proper disposal procedure.
Maintains equipment recall system through regular update and back-up of calibration data and its equipment manuals.
Maintains discipline and sense of responsibility in accordance with company policy, rules and regulations.
Responsible for the availability of documents for internal and external audit purposes.
File reports, checklist, history cards and other pertinent documents as required.
Properly observes confidentiality of all classified work related information.
Takes dictations and transcribes minutes of meetings as required.
Qualifications
Completed at least 2 years in college or Senior High School
Proficient in Microsoft Office specific to Access, Excel, Power Point, Word and other office applications.
Must have a good communications skills both verbal and written.
Background in Electronics and Mechanical Technology, a plus
