JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, chats and emails of EasyBox clients
Responsible for all areas of Customer order fulfillment, including order processing, open order management, order reporting, service issues and resolution
Reports Billings to Accounting Team
Sending of pre-alert manifest
Analyze operational processes and performance to recommend change initiatives that will help drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency
Updating and monitoring of shipment arrivals
Updating of Internal Reports
Coordination with Cross-Border agents and Customs
Support and coordinate with other departments on voucher creation, campaign, and tasks that involve setting up on the content management system
Tracking of Facebook & Instagram Page insights
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Logistics/ eCommerce or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years working experience in the same capacity.
Strong customer service skills
Social Media Savvy
Knowledge in preparation and sending of billings
Proven analytical, critical and problem-solving skills and a passion to learn
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast paced working environment.
Prior experience in eCommerce marketing operation is a plus
